About Us


We are dedicated to supporting the college’s faculty, departments, programs, and staff. Our mission is to simplify your day-to-day by providing responsive, high-quality services so you can stay focused on what matters most: teaching, research, and student success.

Classroom Support


  • Classroom and Research Editorial Assistance includes light copyediting/proofreading, creating and editing electronic files, data entry, journal formatting, and reference checking. Please visit the Editorial Assistance page for more information. 

  • Printing Services includes printing, finishing, and more. Please fill out the Printing and Finishing form to get started. Requests like Tent Cards/Nameplacards, Nametags, and Thank You Cards, are considered a customization and will require a consultation.

  • Exam Support is available for every step of your exam process—from proofreading and printing to secure storage. We also assist with make-up exams, provide exam supplies, scan for Gradescope, and grade objective sections using Remark.

    • For make-up exam support, please see the Department Admins for the proctoring of the exams. You will drop off and pick up exams from us.
    • For Remark services, please visit our office in Room 340, Mendoza College of Business. Bring your completed exams, and we will provide an envelope with a request form to fill out. If you have questions, you may speak directly with a Remark processor. Once processed, your reports will be emailed to you.
  • Obtaining Copyrights, we can assist with securing permissions for case studies—including those from Harvard, Kellogg, and Michigan.

General Support


Here are just a few of the services we provide to support all of our Mendoza faculty and staff members:

  • Printing Services includes printing, finishing, and more. Please fill out the Printing and Finishing form to get started.

  • In-person services like scanning and hard copy printing.

  • Mailroom Operations - receive mail and packages from the university’s mail distribution center, intercampus mail, USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, the university bookstore, etc.
  • UPS Shipments - we can pack and send items. We use a FOAPAL for business purposes. Costs will vary depending on destination and time of arrival. This is an in person service and requires you to fill out a request form.  

  • Lost and Found is located in our office at 340 Mendoza  

Additional equipment in the Faculty Support Center, which is available for Faculty and Staff to use on-site:

  • Paper shredder
  • Secure document destruction receptacle
  • Paper cutter
  • Postal scale
  • Three-hole punch

General FAQs


We will work on your request in the order that it is received.  If we have any questions, we will contact you by email unless you have noted otherwise.  Once your request has been completed, it will be placed either in your mailbox or on the counter in the mailroom.  Confidential information will be placed in our secure storage and will need to be picked up in person. 

There is a cubby marked USPS and Campus Mail that has a bin for outgoing mail.  Mail is picked up once a day between 9 - 10 am.  All Mendoza faculty and staff have ID keypad access to the mailroom 24 hours.

We have a secure after-hours drop box in the mailroom by the UPS drop-off.  All Mendoza faculty and staff should have 24- hour ID keypad access to the mailroom. We check the box in the mornings.  A follow- up email is recommended to ensure that it was received.
