Suggestion Box

Mendoza Suggestion Boxes

Overview

In an effort to continue to enhance a Speak Up culture at the Mendoza College of Business, suggestion boxes are available for members of our community to submit their feedback to College leadership. The boxes are located in  the Mendoza Faculty and Staff Lounge, the Faculty Support Center and the Stayer Staff Lounge - Room 310.

The suggestion boxes provide the opportunity for faculty and staff to give ideas and suggestions on what we're doing well at Mendoza and what we could be doing better, as well as new suggestions or any generalized feedback. Every employee has a unique perspective and some of the best ideas come from those who are closest to the work we are doing!

While we encourage open dialogue, we understand that not everyone feels comfortable sharing ideas publicly. The suggestion box is a simple way to submit anonymous feedback, if you so choose. There are no limits to the topics of your suggestions, but please make them constructive. If you have solutions, include those, too!

Some example topics include:

  • What should we start, stop or continue doing?
  • How might we improve communication across the College?
  • What should our next social gathering be?
  • How could we be serving our students better?

The sky's the limit! We know you have great ideas and we value your feedback.
