UG Half-Semester and GB Module Class Meetings ('25-'26)

Classroom assignments in Mendoza and the Stayer Center are scheduled during the course schedule process for each term. If the classroom and any academic meeting (class, mid-term, final exam) for your class needs to be rescheduled, please coordinate this change with your academic department leadership or with a member of our team.

Room and Event Space Reservations

Room reservations become available after the course schedule is published and classroom assignments are finalized. Please login to scheduling.nd.edu to submit room requests. 

Requests for event spaces such as Stayer Commons, atriums, or courtyards should be sent to mendoza-reservation-list@nd.edu.
