The Mendoza Staff DE&I Council invites staff members to be part of the College's effort to create a diverse, equitable and inclusive community. Sign up here! The Council offers three areas of opportunity to get involved:
Engagement and Education Committee Objective
Research, create and deploy Diversity & Inclusion learning opportunities through the sourcing and development of educational resources, courses, workshops and activities.
Culture and Inclusivity Committee Objective
Advocate for issues of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, including a focus on continued cultural development and raising awareness across Mendoza staff.
Recruiting and Talent Committee Objective
Develop a strategic recruiting and hiring accountability plan to deploy to all staff hiring managers across the College to broaden the pool of applicants, both internally and externally. Increase awareness and build connections to leadership and hiring managers to diverse talent and identify training and development opportunities to better prepare diverse staff for professional advancement.
