Mendoza Events & Engagement Team (MEET) Support


The Mendoza Events & Engagement Team (MEET) is a newly named and refocused team at the College dedicated to enhancing the planning and execution of all Mendoza events, from small gatherings to large conferences. Their primary goal is to ensure consistency, clarity, and optimized resource utilization through a streamlined process that aligns every event with Mendoza's mission and brand. This initiative includes an Annual Event Planning cycle, development of a tiered system for event support, and a central resource center offering essential tools and guidelines. 

Ultimately, MEET seeks to elevate the quality and strategic impact of all College events, making them powerful reflections of Mendoza's distinct identity.

Event Space Request


The Mendoza Events & Engagement Team oversees our internal event space requests which include the following areas:

  • Stayer Center Commons A/B
  • Stayer Center Atrium
  • Stayer Center North & South Patios 
  • Jordan Auditorium
  • Mendoza Atrium
  • Mendoza Courtyard

To request any of these spaces, please send an email to mendoza-reservation-list@nd.edu with the following information: 

  • Date of event
  • Preferred location of the event
  • Time of the event
  • How many people
  • How you would like the room to be set up

Event Planning Support Request


Do you have an event that you would like the Mendoza Events & Engagement Team (MEET) to assist with?

 

The annual event planning cycle, facilitated by the Mendoza Events & Engagement Team (MEET), commenced in April. To ensure your functional team's events for the upcoming academic year are included in our planning and receive appropriate support, please submit your annual event planning document by Friday, June 13, 2025. Events submitted after this date will be considered Pop-up events and require a separate request form.

Event planning requests can be submitted through this form, live on July 1, 2025. The MEET team will then provide you with next steps.
