A paper by ITAO's Krista Foster entitled "Emergency Physician Practice Changes After Being Named in a Malpractice Claim" was published in the Annals of Emergency Medicine. Another paper she co-authored, " The Effect of Cancelled Appointments on Outpatient Operations," is forthcoming in the European Journal of Operational Research.
