What I'm Riding - Minhee Myung
Rolling Along
Honestly, I never thought I'd be typing this out, but here we are — I've learned to ride a bike! And yeah, as an adult. It sounds a bit funny, right? Most people pick this up when they're kids, but it just never seemed like my thing until recently.
It all started when my husband, who's pretty much a pro, offered to teach me. With a lot of patience (and a good sense of humor about my countless wobbles), he helped me find my balance and get the hang of it. It was tough at first. I mean, who knew two wheels could feel so unstable? But once I got moving, there was no stopping.
And here’s a fun update for Chris Fruehwirth: Remember our joke about my annual Endeavor goal being "How to ride a bike"? Well, Chris, I finally embraced it! We can tick that off the list.
Now, the best part of this whole biking adventure is my little sidekick, Liam, my 5-year-old son. He's been riding his bike like a champ, and now I can finally keep up with him. We've turned our learning sessions into these fun little explorations around the neighborhood.
Every time we go out on our bikes, it feels like a mini-adventure. It’s just so much fun zipping around together.
So, yeah, I'm pretty proud that I've finally embraced bike riding. Better late than never, right? Here's to rolling into fun and laughter on our future rides! (Watch Minhee learning to ride here!)
