ITAO's Xinxue (Shawn) Qu received a Notre Dame Faculty Research Support Program - Initiation Grant (FRSP-IG) for the study, “Digital privacy issues on mobile platforms.” This Notre Dame Research grant program provides seed funding to established faculty initiating new research or to faculty in the early stages of their research programs.

M&O's John Busenbark received the 2021 Lawrence R. James Early Career Award from the Research Methods Division of the Academy of Management. This prestigious and highly selective award "recognizes a scholar who has made distinguished contributions to research methods research, practice, and education during the individual’s early career stage (defined as within 7 years of receiving the Ph.D)."
