Marketing's John Gaski presented "Common Language Marketing Dictionary — Top Topics from the Past Six Months" at Marketing Accountability Standards Board winter summit in New York on Feb. 26.

M&O's Anne Tsui presented on the topic of responsible research at Hong Kong Baptist University and attended a faculty training workshop to teach her doctoral course entitled "Philosophy of Management Research."

M&O's Agi Andor presented a paper from her dissertation, entitled "Does crime pay? The costs and benefits of associating with a fraudster," at the 2019 ANZAM (Australian & New Zealand Academy of Management) Conference.

M&O's Amanda McKendree presented her paper, "The 'Goods' of Artificial Intelligence: A Corporate Perspective," at the national Communication Association's annual conference.

M&O's Sam Miller conducted a video workshop on entrepreneurship strategy for graduate engineering students from Pazmany Peter Catholic University in Hungary. The workshop was organized by graduates from Notre Dame's ESTEEM program, which is part of the IDEA Center.

ITAO's Scott Nestler co-presented "Which League Does the Best Job of Retaining its Sponsors? Results from a Semi-parametric Survival Model" at the 2019 Sport Management Association (SMA) Conference in Chicago on Nov. 8.

ITAO's Ovunc Yilmaz presented his work "Scoring a Touchdown with Variable Pricing: Evidence from a Quasi-Experiment in the NFL Ticket Markets" at the Florida State University College of Business.

NDDCEL's Chris Adkins was at Stanford University's d.school to work with faculty on the neuroscience of empathy, including the various types of empathy and the strategies used for practicing and assessing these. 

M&O's Mike Crant was the keynote speaker at a symposium entitled "Proactivity: Past, Present, and Future" at Lignan University in Hong Kong.

M&O's Danielle Tussing was an invited participant at the 2019 Wharton Organizational Behavior Conference.
