♦ Christine Gramhofer - Sr. Associate Director of Degree Programs, Chicago Executive Education
More about Christine Gramhofer:
In this position, Christine will focus on the general oversight, delivery and administration of the Chicago-based Executive Education degree programs, with particular emphasis on advising and student services for EMBA-Chicago. Christine will work cross-collaboratively with the Associate Dean of Executive Education as well as program and academic directors of the Master of Science in Finance, Master of Science in Business Analytics and the Executive MBA.
Serving as a key leadership figure, Christine will build culture and team comradery at the Chicago campus consistent with the values and mission of the University of Notre Dame and the Mendoza College of Business. She will report to Robin Kistler, Interim Director of Degree Programs for Executive Education, until the formation of the new graduate program matrix structure.
Christine has 29 years of experience in higher education at the University of Chicago. She served primarily in the Chicago Booth School of Business where she earned increasing levels of leadership responsibilities focused around their full-time, evening and weekend MBA programs.
Her most recent position at Booth as Senior Director of Academic Services allowed her to advance the continuous improvement of multiple degree programs while sustaining a robust student advising strategy and culture that valued a team-based, collaborative approach to student engagement.
Christine also created a cross-program integrated academic services team to align with university and school goals. This allowed for broader organizational impact in developing leaders who serve as agents of change in every facet of life.
Through her travels and work with underrepresented groups, and oversight of Chicago Booth’s International Programs, she created strong relationships around the world and learned how to embrace and bridge cultural and socio-economic differences.
Christine earned a B.A. in English Literature and Writing from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. Her work in higher education advising led her to explore other avenues in personal growth, mentorship, and leadership. As a natural progression of this exploration, Christine is enjoying the rewards of being a life coach outside of the University setting. Christine is married to Rocco Megaro and has one 13-year-old daughter, Adéle, a competitive dancer.
