Marketing's Vamsi Kanuri's paper "The Unintended Consequence of Price-Based Service Recovery Incentives" published in the Journal of Marketing has been selected as a recipient of the AMA Retail & Pricing SIG's Best Paper Award. This award honors research published in 2019 that has made a significant contribution to the retail or pricing literature.
