On Friday, Executive Education's Non-Degree unit facilitated a morning of presentations with six school leadership teams of the Cristo Rey Network Executive Leadership Development Program. These presentations represent the culmination of a year's worth of work on school-specific action learning projects, including such topics as fundraising, facilities, enrollment, and personnel. Originally planned for Cristo Rey's annual school conference in May, the 40+ learners instead presented via Zoom, with their work serving as a content bridge between last summer's week at the Mendoza Chicago campus, and next summer's rescheduled week at Notre Dame. Thanks to the Non-Degree team for their continued support of this complex multi-year program, and to Ryan Retartha and Pasha Luber for being a part of Friday's presentations.
