An article coauthored by Marketing Professor Emerita Elizabeth Moore, “The Squander Sequence: Understanding Food Waste at Each Stage of the Consumer Decision-Making Process,” has been selected as the recipient of the 2020 Thomas C. Kinnear award for outstanding article in the Journal of Public Policy and Marketing. She and her colleagues will be honored at the 2020 Marketing and Public Policy Conference in May and at the 2020 AMA Summer Academic Conference.
