Posters providing handwashing and social distancing rules, as well as a reminder of resources available on coronavirus.nd.edu are available. A limited number of print versions can be picked up in the Dean's Office (Zara Osterman's mail tray). Faculty Support also has the files and can print copies by requesting them at mcobfsc@nd.edu. We also can provide digital slides. Contact zosterm2@nd.edu.

• If your event is canceled, please do not delete it from events.nd.edu. Please add to the beginning of the event title: “CANCELED.”  
• If your event is postponed or rescheduled, please resubmit it to events.nd.edu with the new date. 
• If you have submitted an event to TheWeek@ND for next week, or further out, and the event is canceled, notify Internal Communications at theweek@nd.edu as soon as possible.
• If you have a Mendoza event planned in the next three months, please fill out this form to help us track scheduled activities.

Faculty who wish to upload learning materials for their students' use during the period of disruption are invited to use the Hesburgh Libraries Reserves system. For more information about library reserves, faculty can visit this Instructor FAQ and students can visit this Student Access FAQ. Library staff who process course reserves follow all copyright guidelines, including guidelines that vary during emergencies.
